Pepe Saya Butter: Probiotic - made by fermenting Cream with a good bacteria (lactobacillus).  Pepe uses Farm direct cream (Pasteurised at the farm), which is ripened for 1.5 - 2 weeks and then churned into Butter.  Used in places with panache... Qantas Business and First Class.

Premium Natural Ingredients: Organic Wheat flour, Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses (30%), Pure Pepe Saya Probiotic Butter (26%), Salt and Cayenne Pepper.
