When does Crooked Creek Deliver? We deliver through Fastway and Australia Post twice a week.  Orders received up to Monday night are dispatched on Tuesdays and orders received up to Thursday night are dispatched on Fridays.

Is there a minimum order value? No, please order as much or as little of our goods as you would like.

How will my order be packed? At Crooked Creek we recycle clean cardboard boxes for dispatching our handcrafted goodies as part of our responsibility for our planet.  We trust you approve.  Of course, we package your goodies so they are totally protected.

Where does Crooked Creek deliver to? Crooked Creek delivers to locations all around Australia where Australia Post and/or Fastway can deliver to.  Where ever possible, please supply a street address, not a PO Box.

How long do I have to wait for my delivery? Your hampers would normally arrive within 2-3 working days, depending on your location.  However, from 1 December delivery times extend understandably.  We always do our best to fulfill your delivery time expectations, however if you leave it too late, we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas deliveries.
