Refund policy

For web orders, our team individually inspects and carefully packages our goods for transit. If you receive goods which are damaged or faulty on delivery, or are incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we can arrange a free return delivery and replacement or refund. Please note, this refund/returns policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition prior to refund/return and these postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the purchaser.

We cannot take responsibility for incorrectly given postal addresses and cannot change addresses once dispatched.
