Rich and lush, our Christmas Cake boasts an exceptionally high concentration of plump, Barossa brandy-soaked dried fruits, kept natural and large so their individual flavours can be distinguished in each bite. We use only quality, carefully selected ingredients for this traditional family recipe. Each small batch is generously given time to fully develop its flavourful Christmas notes and aromatics, then very slowly baked to preserve its succulence. Proudly and locally made, our cake delights the palate and with excellent keeping and maturing qualities will be a favourite in your festive fare.
It is best served simply with tea or a tipple; but your Christmas Cake also enjoys the savoury accompaniment of a strong Cheddar or smoked hard cheese.
